A few guys ask me about the seasoning on the fried turkey at the shoot?
cut into chunks 1"x1" or so, pat dry, roll in flour,salt,pepper, cajun seasoning mix and fry in veg oil in an iron skillet. simple, quick and hard to beat!

It's now mandatory that Bill shoots us a Spring Gobbler for every from here on out.. It was very good... We almost had two but I couldn't get the camera on him so bill didn't shoot..

that turkey was awesome for breakfast or any other time. I respect bill very much including his cooking & hunting abilities. when he bush wacked it all back down to the range on foot through the hills I know he would be good in Colorado elk hunting! the elk would be in trouble.
