No, but if ever I do get another barrel for my Encore, it will be Bergara over TC. Why? Two reasons: Bergara copied the Shilen process of making their barrels. Had a real bad experience with a TC .25-06 barrel in which they would do nothing about it......screw me once.......!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Bergara has stopped making all TC barrels.when the remaining stock is gone that will be it... After a 10 year run of TC products they are pulling the plug.. This decision was so they could devote all their time to their CVA line of products... If you want a barrel better get it assp...

That being the case, I would go to someone like MGM before getting a TC barrel. More expensive, but it would be a shooter. However, if they hear "smokeless muzzle loader", I hear they won't fill the order. Some guys have just ordered .45-70 barrels and had someone else do the breech plug conversion.

I have some MGM/Brux barrels being made for me right now. These will be 45 caliber 1-20 twist and can be finished at your specified length. I should have them in stock in a 6 to 8 weeks. Anyone interested in getting one please contact me.
