Took black magic out to burn some powder. I shot some 250sst with 75 gr of I4198, terrible. Next was the 344 bombs with a old wonder wad and 95 gr of I 3031. Best group so far, .817... Next I have been scratching my head with accumaxes. I have been going down from 78 gr with some luck but I am still not happy. Today I loaded up 79 gr of I4198 and to my suprise, .435 group. This gun is a work in progress as far as accuracy goes.

Looks like you are getting it sorted out. What I've found is my Brux has a happy velocity band for a given bullet weight and velocity. Once I find it, I can pretty well use that charge with a bullet weight range and a particular sizing method. Glad to see the wool worked out for you. Sometimes I get better results with wool vice veggie and some time vice versa. I'm actually about to do a write up about it as I've done some testing lately.

Even though the photo enlarges those groups remain pretty small. Good shooting.
