Nothing compared to the way you guys can shoot. Shot on a saddle blanket off the hood of my pickup. (how sad is that!) Anyway 300 yds. load was 60gr. imr4198 , 200gr. .40 sst with a blue harvester sabot. The gun is nothing special Sav/Pac with a tupperware stock with a Fullfield 2 . I'm definitely the weak link! Dead deer right there. I'm sure a better rest would tighten things up a bit. Good shooting.

At 300 yds given your set up I'd say that's pretty dang good. You're definitely looking at a warm gut pile.
Try sabotless sometime with a .45 250FTX.

I was just going to say the same thing everyone else wrote! Good shooting and if you go by the old theory that if you can hit a 6" pie plate?.............You got a dead deer! Very nice.

Nothing to be sad about shooting off the hood of a truck, I sighted in rifles like that for years til i finally built a shooting bench. You will have no problem taking big game with that setup.

Under those shooting conditions I'd take groups like that all day long. Great shooting!
