Has anyone done side by side chrono tests to see if using wads with land rider bullets show any velocity differences with the same bullets shot without wads? Just wondering if there could be any loss of gas without the wads before bullets obturate fully which might cause a drop in velocity.

Out of all the ML's I've built and tested, I've never used wads of any kind. So I can't help you with that question but I'm sure there's someone here that can...

I've always used wads so I can't comment on that one. I do know that I get about 25fps more with a veggie wad than I do with a wool wad. Zen

I have always used wool wads so no help there. I have read that some guns with the same load will shoot great with a wad and will have bullets hit the target sideways without the wad.
