Is there a list somewhere with scopes that will/should be ok on a SPML with 73g of IMR 4198 and a list of never mount these?

have not seen one, biggest concern would be what one has to spend lots of differant brands to choose from, I use NIGHTFORCE NX8 and SWARVORSKI, no issue so far, and as you may know 6 screw rings are a must.....

I have used many brands and killed most
Some do better overall than others
Among the brands that fail less than others
Nightforce. Most models are pricey and heavy
Vortex. Some in the line are good
Sightron. Some pretty reliable models at mid level prices
Zeiss. V-4s have been good, have used about 30 or so with no failures
Tract. Seem to do well

Get a Nightforce if you got the money to spend, Get a Vortex PST2 if you are on a budget
