Received my box of 275 AccuMax from Kyle on Saturday. Packing ..... No worry about getting damaged tips in that package great job ! Im in the process of building my first CF muzzle loader so i decided to index the package of bullets . Pretty much the way i build arrows for my bow . Each arrow is checked for straightness and all built from the same fletching jig .
Well I zeroed my RCBS 502 scale and weighed 10 bullets 6 of the ten weighed 275.4 .Four of the ten weighed 275.3 all measured .451.5 diameter i don't think you can do any better than that . Great job on design and quality control .

Too darned cold to stay in the unheated basement where I reload, etc. but did measure a few. All very consistent at just a frog hair under .452. Will weigh when it warms up a little.

Were you using a micrometer or a caliper? I measured a batch at .45205" with a micrometer. Stay warm out there Danno!!!

Kyle just sent me some 300s yesterday and after weighing 25 they were from 300.2-300.5, that's pretty consistent for a new first batch bullet, especially of that weight. hopefully I will get to shoot this weekend if weather cooperates and my flu ravaged family is mended by then.
I also hope to shoot Keith's Bombs he sent me a while back, I feel guilty for not shooting before now but the only shooting I have done lately was at Jeff's and even then I had to zero my gun after dark by flashlight.
I suspect both will do well but I will only get to shoot either at 100 for now but plan to take both out to 400 asap.
Either way I will post the good and bad, I'm no poster boy and will give both a fair shake and will put the pics up of my findings.
I think both would like it that way and I commend both men for stepping up and coming up with alternative bullets, both will stay busy filling orders.

I had a small amount of 300's in a few days ago. 275's, 300's and 325's coming to me on Friday. Then I'll be getting Bullets out in order of received orders. Kyle

I weighed about 10 of the 300 grain bullets that Kyle sent me last week they were all 300.4- 300.5 on my scale. They also seemed to size very consistently. To get the loading pressure I like I had to put my sizing die exactly in the middle between were I size my BEs and my MHs. I hope to get some time to go shoot them this weekend.
