I have the chance to get an encore with 6.5 creedmoor barrel with a nikon 3-9x50 scope for 700$ from a friend I've been told the price is high what's everyone's opinion on this

My friend just paid 1200 for one in 25-06 with no scope so IMO 700 is reasonable
