My father bought me a pair of camo cover alls for Xmas however I'm not a big fan of cover alls so I exchanged them at cabelas. Funny thing was he only paid $50 and they gave me $90 back. I didn't know what he paid till later when I told him what I did because I felt bad exchanging the cover all back. He was cool with it because the cover all was a mistake any ways and he didn't want to take them back, lol. Found a cabelas 7n1 smoker in bargain bin for $99 normal $199. So I decided that I wanted something I could take camping with me and something I could use on my deck rather than my homemade smoker, that I still might use. Smoker Pork loin I marinated with honey and barbeque for 24 hrs and smoked for 2 hrs and finished in oven till internal temp was 155° should have stopped @ 145° but it still was pretty good. Kids loved it! Wife isn't a fan of smoked food??? She's on a diet anyways so she was good with it.

looks very tasty. I have smoker as well, and loins are very hard to smoke and keep them from drying out. My wife wants everything well done, so we usually do to 160 internal temp, and by then it is dry. my favorite is boston butts and turkey breast. Those are very easy, and turn out great every time. Enjoy the taste testing.

Almost bought a Bradley smoker on sale at Cabelas a couple weeks ago. I really like the model that auto feeds the round wood briquettes for the smoke. One of the guys at my club has one and it does an awesome job on boston butts.
