New Memeber from Central New York. Primarily rifle hunt if I can but muzzleloading takes a close second. Currently shooting a Remington UML that will shortly have a 45cal smokeless conversion. Cheers!

Welcome. Live in NJ but have a camp in Candor NY since 1983. Been to the Kentucky Challenge a number of times. Good time, good food, good people and shortened the learning curve. Had an original Ultimate converted last year- shoots great- better than 0.5 MOA.

78 grains of IMR 4198 w/ a 275 Accumax. Safe in my gun. Has worked very well for me on deer.

Welcome to the forum. Rickh gave you a good formula and he shoots it very well. I was also from NJ (now live in NC and attended about 10 Kentucky Challenges) but also hunted the Corning NY area (Addison) back in the 70's and 80's. Once you get one of these tack drivers, you will no longer need a CF rifle!.................unless you need more than one shot???
