Ingredients day old cold meat loaf 2 eggs flour salt and pepper to taste cut the meatloaf in 3/4 to 1" slice's beat the eggs in a bowl put the flour in a shallow bowl big enough to put the meatloaf slices in add peeper and salt to your taste dip the slices in the egg and roll in the flour . Do this twice fry it up in your favorite... Bacon grease....lard....or whatever your favorite save the crisps in the pan ...add some milk water and a little flour or corn starch to thicken up your gravy serve it up just as you would with mashed taters and some of your favorite veggies.... So now I can see DeadEye cookin up about 15 pounds of meatloaf in them big old cast iron Dutch oven's..... and about 30 of us standing around with tableware....and drooling DEADEYE.......you listening? hope you all try it and enjoy drop

The meatloaf i made the other day started at about 8lbs. I make them big because i love leftover fried meatloaf. I even fry cubes of it and add it to scrambled eggs for breakfast. Smothered in mushroom gravy or used in stroganoff over noodles is awesome too.
Probably my favorite is a fried meatloaf patty melt with Thousand Island dressing and sauteed onions on marbled rye.
