no I did not make this but it would not be too hard to duplicate with some great horseradish added to ordinary cocktail sauce or from scratch.
this sauce bought locally at a grocery is from world famous st. elmo's restaurant in Indianapolis,in
got this referral from a private cook for a local celebrity that lives near by,creator of "Garfield"
this sauce is the cats a$$!

think this will be transported to ky #4 to go along with Allan's shrimp!
thought I would share!

I am a fan of fresh ground horseradish. Cocktail sauce is easy to make.
3 table spoons of horseradish (less if you don't like the heat) 1 cup of ketchup 1 cup of chili sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 tsp Lime juice 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Sounds good...better bring a bucket of it....If I can bring a cobia up we'll need some good tartar sauce to... Mayo,sweet pickles,fine chopped onions,pickle juice,lemon.....yum yum....
