This build has performed so well that I have ordered two more barrels that will be delivered 8/31. More build pics to come 8/31 is my B-Day, you should send me your barrels as a present because I leave that day to go climb mountains with heavy stuff.

They will be 30-06 and 300 WM, both in 24" light varmint taper to save a little weight . I am a 30 caliber kinda guy.

Boyd's is definitely doing a good business! Nice rifle and sounds like a shooter. And if as you say, 600 yards is max? Then the .308 is a winner.

I have very good reviews on the Criterion barrels. So far, I have loads for the 308 and 30-06 that produce dime sized groups at 120 yards and slightly larger at 200 yards. I expect the 300WM will be equally as accurate and easy to load for. I am very pleased.
