Murphy Precision will make them, all you have to do is call Cameron and give him the barrel Diameter and screw spacing, he has made 2 one off customs for me.

After Touching base with Jeff, I didn't realize he was making rails for the Scout or if I saw he was I didn't remember it, I would buy one from him, his rails are as good as any out there with a better price than any I have seen. I have used several of his Aluminum rails (have one on my Bolt gun)and it's holding up great.
Is a steel rail actually needed? not IMO, all I have used for years are rails made from 7075 Aluminum and they have held up to the heaviest loads and scopes I have shot. 7075 is tough stuff!

I put one of Jeff’s bases on my Scout and it is very stout and well manufactured at a good price. I would check it out, I really don’t think steel is necessary IMO
