Here are some better pictures of the shooting bench The tripod is a King with double locking legs don't use a single locking leg tripod. I added safety chains to the legs so it can't spread out. It does require machine work to make this shooting bench. You need to machine a plug for the hole in the tripod head. You need to machine a front rest and bearing assembly. and a rear rest assembly this one travels up and down and also has windage adjustment. The top rotates 360 deg, The aluminum box channel is 6 inches wide 32 inches long and has 1/4 thick wall. I never officially weighed it but I would say it's under 25 lbs. It is very stable for long range hunting out to just about any range you want to try and shoot. This works fine for rifles weighing up to 20 lbs that would be about max, Because you also have to remember your putting some of your body weight on the gun when you shoot.
