Take one half of a boned out gobbler breast, triple check for shot pellets and remove, and cut into 1” strips. Take a can of Coca Cola (Dr pepper is great too!) and pour in a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, and a good dose of salt and black pepper, whisk until it foams. Add turkey strips and marinade to bag, and marinade in the refrigerator over night. Drain and grill until done, 8-10 minutes or so, depending on thickness.

Sounds good.... Ain't much better eatin than a turkey breast,,,, no matter how you fix it.

Sounds like a good simple recipe. We will have to try it.
Just fried up some Cajun turkey strips last night from my son's bird from last year. Running low on turkey breasts in the freezer. Will be out runnin' n gunnin' for some more here in a few weeks.

Ginger ale is great too for cooking but it dont have any phosphoric acid in it. You wont get the same kind of tenderizing effect.
