Ok, weird name... but give this one a try. Great light meal!
1 lb ground venison 1/4 cup finely diced carrots 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce I head butter lettuce
Sautéed venison and carrots until venison is browned, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add hoisin sauce and stir until well combined, remove from heat. Spoon mixture into washed individual lettuce leaves. You won’t need salt, as the hoisin is pretty salty itself.

Bulgogi gets its unique flavor from Asian pear but you can use a Bosc if you cant find them. Good Hoisin gets its sweetness from sweet potato. HUGE difference in flavor. Hoisin is one of the main items in many Chinese Char Sui recipes. Ive eaten a ton of both including the real deal over in Osan. Try this www.maangchi.com/recipe/bulgogiHer recipes have been really freaking close to Korean food i had overseas and at the good local places. This one would be close too for a ground meat rice bowl www.simplyhappyfoodie.com/instant-pot-korean-ground-beef-bulgogi/

If you have any Korean places to eat try bulgogi some time. bul is fire and gogi is meat in Korean. (bool go gee) If its just called bulgogi its almost always beef. Its their version of BBQ to put it simply and its not weird like some food you might find. Sweet, garlic, black pepper and soy sauce would be the typical flavors you would recognize.
Galbi is similar but its made with marinated beef short ribs cut LA style
These two are sometimes stir fried vs being grilled. Dwaeji Bulgogi is marinated pork and it is usually spicy
Dak galbi is chicken but not ribs and its also spicy
Koreans dont do much with ground meat but something that is sort of a rage with street food vendors/fusion food places in some areas is bulgogi hamburgers!!!! Top that bad boy with some grilled onions and a spicy mayo. Preferably made with mayo and Korean pepper paste...Its not that spicy. Ive seen meat balls too with a sweet spicy glaze.

All the big fast food names that setup shop in Korea have offered the bulgogi burgers too. Tons of recipes for them on Google but its really close to what you did.
