Found a 22" on sale with the bronze cerakote and go wild stock. Couldn't help myself...
Now for the questions. Have read the tests elkman did. Have seen some other testing on other boards. Just curious if anyone has tried loading any of the Pittman bullets in this round. I've got the 250 & 225 FTXs. I'll try those out, but am curious about the Accumaxes as well. Don't know if you can load them to fit the magazine or not. I'm sure it'll be a while before I get to this. Just trying to formulate a plan... LOL

The .452 diameter bullets will work. I took the .452 Aero and knurled them and shot them in my 45/70 and they shot good. The 300 gr would probably be to long for mag. also this is better suited to 250gr bullets.

Thanks for the input. When I get time to do some loading for this I'll let you know how they shoot. Don't want to go too heavy with this. It's pretty light and I don't want to lose any fillings...

Check out Bear Creek Ballistics. He loads his custom copper anealed bullets for the 450 BM and you can get them for reloading also. I shoot the 240 grain BCB out of my 460SW rifle
