Has anyone seen a difference in the emax vs the mh? I need to order some more bullets and I wanted to try one of these 2. Looking for a possible hunting and target bullet.

I haven't used them but I know the Emax has a thinner jacket and have read reports that it acts more like a BE which means very explosive on game. Both have shown very accurate reports on paper.

Thats right ...the EMAX is a thinner jacket. Easier to get to obturate. But highly explosive. Now that brings the age old argument....of expell all the energy inside the animal? Or have a pass througb for 2 blood outlets. I have.... and have shot both of them. I cant see any difference between them in accuracy. But knowing these things I would hesitate to take any kind of a shoulder shot with the EMAX. Not indicating that it wouldnt be effective. The match hunter on the other hand....I wouldn be afraid take take on a Rhino Drop

270 Emax = 1/2" group 275 MH = 3/4" group
in my 28" PN 1:22 .451. Both well within MOD.
