I noticed in your last build report that there is a vortex spotting scope behind you. What model and size is it and what are your thoughts on it?
Thanks

Lol
No your vortex spotting scope the range finder does look like a nice one though. I bought a Leupold tbi 1000 and really works good.

I can give my opinion about the vortex. Awesome! We use it at the cabin in Ohio to watch deer in July. They range from 120yrds to 520yrds. If I could post a video I could show you more. The one we use is the 80 power.
I'll be putting a vortex scope on the ML build that I spoke with Jeff about.
Im going to try this. Hopefully it works. First this is a video filmed with my iPhone through a camera mounted on a vortex spotting scope. So the quality isn't great. The scopes are very nice. This deer is at 420 yards.

I am sorry I have forgot to get RR the spotting scope info he asked for until now. The resurrection of this thread made me do it.... The spotting scope I have is Vortex Razor 65mm HD. Straight. www.vortexoptics.com/category/razor_hd_spotting_scopes I am very happy with it and use it quite often...

Thanks for letting me know what you have, you must have forgotten, I didn't want to be a thorn in the side so left it alone. Have a happy new year! I've been thinking about getting the viper instead. Not sure I'll get either I don't even use my redfield rampage 20-60x60 much. I was wondering if the viper would be any better than my rampage?!?!?
