Finally last week I was forced to kill a deer. I have a 640 acre lease for which I do free dental work for the farmer who owns the land and provide at least 2 deer a year. After 2 months of trying to get in range of a nice 12-pt that also evaded me last year, I took a large bodied buck with a decent sized 7-pt to make a "lease payment". Now, I'll concentrate more on the elusive 12-pt. I used my heavily accessorized M405 and a Spitfire tipped 20" Zombie. The Duralyt 2-8 lighted scope allowed this last minute of the hunting day kill. Deer fell in sight after about a 40-yd run.

Nice deer. He certainly doesn't look young. Good luck on your 12 point.
