Sine I posted the brake action builds using the new plug I've had a few questions and thought I share the answers here.
Question 1. Is there a piwder chamber in the barrel? Answer.. Yes, but it's so small a short that it is not to be a concern.. I pushed a bullet down the barrel with out a powder charge as far as I could, removed the plug to see wher the bullet was and it was still sitting in rifling of the barrel so there should be no worry about a bullet falling loose in the powder chamber.
Question 2. What's the least amount of powder you can use? Answer.. I filled the cavity of the plug with powder, weighed it and it will hold about 10 grains., so I measured out a 12 grain load of 4197 and shot a 275 BE. Any guesses on the velocity...

It shot out at 651 FPS... and practally no recoil. You could bump up the charge a little more, get your velocity at 1000 FPS and add a silencer and no one would even know you were in the woods...
Question 3. Can you add a ram rod to the gun and how? Answer. Yes you can add a ram rod to the gun. The pictures are of Slammers Encore where I Tig welded the forearm studs to the barrel to keep them from coming loose.. These just required a small tack weld on both sides and almond with the screws they should not come loose.. These are the studs you would need to adapt the forearm to the barrel and be able to slide the ram rod through the studs.. You could also make a hanger system similar to Bullberrys where the rod will pass under the hanger bar.. The factory forearm will need a slot milled in it but that's the easy part..

Hope this helps some of you with questions.. If you think of any more let me know..
