1 lb processed venison burger 1 lb ground beef onion fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup red wine
Chop onions and mushrooms very fine and put them in a bowl with your wine and let soak for 15 minutes... mix ground venison and ground beef and drained onion/mushroom Add desired seasoning , form patties and put on the grill .... The onion and mushrooms imo are a moisture source that keeps a grilled burger from the dried out syndrome... Enjoy Brothers
