going to clean all the pieces and parts out of the freezer for upcoming season room for fresh stuff. Have venison, and lots small game and thinking of canning some stew from the small game. what kind of processes out there? thanks, 10

My mom could can anything but that skill was lost about 2 years ago.. Boy I sure do miss her being around...

I'm in the same boat as Jeff with my parents but I'll try and see if they had some notes on a brunwick stew....I remember my dad making it with chicken ,beef and vegtables...they were city folk but raised from country folk...I remember it to turn out delicious...
