Coolers are becoming an item that is being perfected on and also becoming a high dollar item. Some, to me, should be plated in gold to be worth the money, in my opinion. Last year I researched coolers and ran across a review that suggested the Coleman Extreme Marine Cooler would hold ice for 5-6 days compared to a Yeti that would hold ice for 6-7 days. The Coleman is $50 and Yeti was $300+. For me the extra $250+ isn't worth the extra money that I could spend on more food. So I bought the $50 Coleman Extreme Marine for my July camping trip in South Dakota. We had temps from 95-105° during the 7 day trip. After following the instructions I cooled the cooler before adding the drinks. Along with had the drinks charged in frig over night before installing in cooler. The cooler held ice strong for 4-5 days then on the 6th day needed ice. The cooler sat outside the entire trip. I was very impressed with the cooler but now it's very close to another camping year and I'm looking to add done more cooler. Coleman Extreme Marine Cooler Looking at this cooler but more than likely just buy one more Coleman cooler to save money. Yet thought I'd ask to see if anyone has tried one of these Ozark Coolers and what their thoughts were??

the biggest mistake many make is air space is your enemy while packing a cooler.
