Up until this point all bullet offerings by Pittman Bullets have been tested before made available for purchase. I have had many people ask for a 250 to be made available for various applications, mostly for reduced recoil in lighter guns.
I just want to make a few things clear on this 250 grain before the first 250 grain bullet is sold so that no misrepresentation is made or implied. First, this bullet is only being offered because customers asked for it to be made. You asked, I listened and acted. Second, this bullet has not been accuracy tested or tested on game animals. Third, the bearing surface will be approximately .059" less than a 275 AccuMax which is approximately .302". Fourth, I don't recommend this weight bullet for shooting at super high velocity on game. Heavier bullets generally have higher weight retention, keep this in mind when making your choices for bullets. Kyle
