Thanks guys my son has been chasin him all bow season and gun season just knowin this deer has bred alot of does in our area is a good thing Im not sure how old he is my guess is 2 1\2 maybe 3 ill know when we cape him out . Passin the genetics is an awesome thing . with more and more developments being built around us were really turnin into suburbia .

In the snow .....where our deer camp is in southwestern NY there is 3 ft from lake effect off lake erie , where our farm is we have about 6 to 8 inches and it is fine , 3 ft even with snow shoes its tough to get around .

Thanks guys , he is still grinnin . cape is at taxidermist , His friends are still in aw of how that gun shoots there still all stuck in the 777 world of muzzle loading which is fine .They are all wide eyed when he hits the 4 inch plate at 300 .....Good job jeff
