Shot my Rem 700ml PacNor 45 today, 209 plug.. Load is duplex 10/60 sr4759/h4198, .060 veggie wad, 275MH, Fed 209a. It times at 2800fps. My trajectory numbers are +2" @200yd, -5" @300yd, -11"@350yd, and -14"@400yd.
The difference in 350 and 400 yds is awful small. Is anybody else shooting something similar to compare with? I will try to reshoot it soon to verify again, but it keeps repeatng, and I have a hard time believing it. Thanks.

I shoot pretty much the same set-up:
RemPac .45, 209 plug w/CCI Mags, 70 gr IMR4198, wool wad using 275gr MH or275gr Accumax (Accumax has proved ever so slightly more accurate).
I don't shoot the distances you can, but would like to know what your POI is at 100 yds for my comparative.
Thanks

This is my field gun, so I hardly shoot it at 100yd. Thinking it is dead on at 100, still rising to 200yd, iirc. I set up on long fields in late mz due to no cover or trees for a stand. I consistently get them to come out at 285yd, so was gonna zero at that, but stayed with where I am at.

Hmmmmm....... well my gun is shooting 3050 fps with 275 pittman accumax..... 100 - 0 200 - 1.5moa low (-3inches) 300 - 3.5moa low (-10.5 inches) so i am guessing that your 100 yd is not zeroed more like 2.5 to 3.0 inches High at 100.... just a guess?

I would agree you are probably 3 inches or so high at 100.

Probably so, been a long time since shooting at 100 with this gun. As said, long shots are all I get here. Thanks.

Given the variables you listed, strelok estimates the zero at 240 yards. 2.75 inches high at 100 yards. 2 inches high at 200 yards. 5 inches low at 300 yards. 11.5 inches low at 350 yards. 20.5 inches low at 400 yards.
