I will ..... rifle season has been slow ..ive let a number of 110 class bucks walk had a real pretty 6 last night at 265 and the cross hairs on him but i decided to let the little feller walk .... he wasnt worthy of a 275 Accumax .My son has had some good encounters with a couple of beaver swamp slobs but at 300 yrds and not the best shot available he let them go my days of trackin are done its drop flop or we aint shootin

Helped a friend recover a 170" class deer taken with a crossbow in NJ, lets just say it was a 2 day adventure. At the end I told him I'd rather be a "professional photographer instead of a professional tracker" .

Have you heard from Mike, I'm having the same trouble with my Bergara conversion. I put it on one Encore frame and it won't open. I put on another frame, the trigger won't cock. Same as you no problems with other barrels.

Mike is the Begara/Encore authority from my experience....... I have bought several Begara barrels from him and he fixed the first barrel I bought that did not come from him. He automatically modifies every Begara barrel he buys to meet his standards. He is also very well versed on hinge pins, trigger setup and firing pin springs. The Encore has had some issues in the aforementioned areas based on sloppy manufacturing.
