The new bullet which will be called the "Aeromax" is a longer, more streamlined design compared to the AccuMax, yielding higher ballistic coefficients. The bearing surface of each respective grain weight bullet is almost identical as the AccuMax. The Aeromax is a cup and core aluminum pointed bullet with zero air voids and a .021" thick jacket. A 325 gr Aeromax is approximately 1.515" in length. Bullet diameter is .452".

Update on field testing. I have harvested 3 deer with the 325gr Aeromax, a 8pt at 250 ish yards, a doe at 181 and another doe at 325 to 335 yards. The buck went about 10 yards with a .45 cal entrance hole and an exit less than a quarter. I took this deer to the processor and I'm not sure that the entire bullet exited, having him look for any remaining bullet. The doe at 181 was broadside, bullet went in 7" behind the right leg slightly high and exited directly behind the left leg slightly high about the size of a baseball. The doe at 325 to 335 I hit in the largest bone in a deer's body, the spine. I ranged the deer for 401 twice and obviously missed the deer with the laser. She fell like a sack of potatoes and a big chunk of the back bone came out. MV on this load is extreme at 2900 plus. I will be accuracy testing a considerably thicker jacketed version of this same design in the next couple of weeks and maybe on more deer in December if I get the opportunity.
