Today's lunch 14oz Chardonnay 2 yellow peppers 2 banana peppers 8 red potatoes Carrots One lime squeezed (juice) Seasoning salt One 3.5 lb pork loin Today instead of time I'm going to use my digital thermometer and stop cooking at 150° Last time cooked I cooked for around an hour after steam but felt I over cooked it.

Didn't have thermometer in the meat right so it read the outside and have me wrong temp but it should take around 40 minutes.
