I don't think anyone is bothered by 500yds/m,i think it is a property line thing..............
hammer time sponsored I would attempt to go 1K+ mz ......................... If there was enough interest I could probably put together an SML steel safari here in NC where I RO PRS/DMM matches. We could have up to ten stations and ranges up to 1200yds. Count me in....

Speaking only for myself, but I'm just a deer hunter not a competition shooter and only get a shot out to 250 yards where I hunt here in Tennessee so getting to stretch it out to 450 at the Kentucky Challenge will be an experience for me. I shot the 300 and 350 in the spring so we will see what the extra 100 yards is like. Thanks Jeff for having a place for all of us to meet up a couple times a year and share some good times and Great food. I hear Jeff might be going whole hog on the food this year. Fun times coming up in Kentucky for sure!

Scott, I'll find out what it would take. There is a huge building to operate out of, a full blown kitchen, flat ranges to 1000yds, and the scenario ranges with more Steel than we can use for an event like this. Even if it ends up just being the Carolinas crew it would be fun.
