Fried crappy is easily in my top 3 favorite fresh water fish. I see you do stir fried green beans. Try growing some Asian long beans. They are simple to grow on a trellis and some actually get to around 30" long if you let them. Ive got a bunch of them growing this year. Like coleslaw with a tiny bit of a kick? Its really not very spicy. 14oz bag Dole slaw mix (weep in 1 tbs of sugar for an hour or two) 1 tbs Colavita White Balsamic vinegar. (Love this stuff cause its slightly sweet.) 1 light tbs of Grey Poupon. (Not my favorite but its what i had on hand. Im not a huge mustard fan either so i went a tad light of a tbs.) 1/2 cup plus about a tbs of Hellmans Mayo. 3 tbs of the Rothchild Farms pineapple habanero sauce. (wimps may want to use 2tbs) Juice from one smallish lemon. (I just eyeballed it at 2 tbs) If you cant get the RF sauce sub 1 tsp of Crystal hot sauce and some crushed pineapple. To me the slaw does not taste hot at all until you eat a little. Then you feel the tingle in the back of your throat after a few minutes. Costco sells the RF sauce for about 1/2 to 1/3 MSRP.
