I golden fried some cobia fillet fingers today with some stoneground fine cornmeal with salt pepper cayenne.....I served with kraft cold  slaw dressing and shredded cabbage.....Make it a day early ,fine shread some sweet onion and chill....great coldslaw the baked beans with sautéed onions were also a treat... the cobia just was the bomb

OH yeah! 2X what hillbill said.
Cobia is one of my and the family favorites. White meat, great bout any way you fix it. Even good after grilled or baked and used for "salad" or fish cakes. 10
