No Scott.,,, those are not Sardines..... Lol... They are one small yellow perch, one small Crappie and one small sauger...... When I drive five hours to fish my goal is to fill the freezer,,, if it's legal, I keep it.. Besides I love fresh fish and the little ones are good eating too... I was able to fill the freezer with some big catfish and over 100 bluegill.... So I got plenty of fish to eat.. This was one day and it was a slow day...

Since this thread seems to have a sense of humor I'll give my take = I have a grinder and they are just right for grinding for chum! then we can catch some big ole bluefish, cobia or stripers! If I eat small fish they come from a flat can labeled "sardines" or "kippers" and I do like them. If you have some of them gills left when I come for the shoot in august I'll set some limblines in the river with those gills for bait and see what we get. I'm hoping for turtle. It's all fun! And if that was a slow day it was still a good day. 10 ga

We have yellow and white perch here. Most of the locals turn their nose up at the yellows but I eat them and they taste good to me.

Boy, you land locked guys have no idea how good grilled fresh tuna steaks taste! With butter on them on the old Bar B Q grill, they are eating filet mignon!

Thats why the buyers pay more per pound! The more fat the higher the price! I bet you also watch WICKED TUNA! Been there done that!
