The only number I can find is 800-463-3339 and its phone prompt based. After the first one, I said Technical Assistance, and then after this one, I said more options, and after this Something else to get to an actual person.

Real people are hard to find anywhere in any business. I cannot believe the change in this country since 2020 (covid) no one wants to work, and it seems no one knows how to work anymore. It's practically impossible to find an employee that can (will) work 40 hours in one week.

Nevermind those of us who don't know what a weekend is, or a holiday, or a schedule... Gonna say it again. Idiocracy is happening... And as the population increases the average IQ drops exponetially.

Yep, the workforce is really going down the drain quickly. The work ethic instilled in me by my folks stands out tenfold compared to anybody at my workplace, besides my boss. What's really sad, is that the new norm has become acceptable by many. Lord help us. 🙄

Quite a bit of the "FedEx" work is actually contracted out. Read the info on the side of the trucks you see. Normally they're all owned by outside contractors and simply operate with the FedEx appearance. Maybe a delivery driver could give you a better contact number for a local hub, not a store but a hub.

Correct they are subcontractors and ups drivers are teamsters. Right. I could never work for UPS. Peak season covers deer gun season. From my understanding time off during peak season is difficult, if not impossible, to obtain.

Within 5 years every UPS driver will make 225,000 but then they just got rid of 10,000 workers
