I had another great season beginning in Tennessee woods with Mark and my older brother where temperature was high and not much movement. We still all scored on deer. Ohio season came and I was able to get a shot at a decent mature buck. The most special thing of that is that Mark came 4hrs out of his way ( who does that)to help me find and recover the buck which I shot with 5-6 minutes left of legal light and waited for retrieve. I am sad that you couldn't get free to hunt here with me this season but am so grateful to have such a good hunting bud and great friend. Looking forward to next season.

Dennis, It's all about time in the woods with friends, and hopefully shooting a few deer. If that's as good as it gets, then we're all ahead of the curve. I've got to meet Mark in person, and I'm not surprised he'd go out of his way to help. I got shorted quite a bit on time this year as well, but I'd still call it a success. Very little time, maximized by hunting with friends and a full freezer. gd
