Got caught up with high blood pressure a couple weeks ago and it's really been having me down. The dock in hospital seem to still be having a problem getting it under control. I take lots of pills and have a love affair with my blood pressure machine.

Richard- My dad had issues for years with multiple docs that couldn't get it under control. It was sky-high. Eventually we found a new cardiologist that looked at everything going on and had it perfect in a month and for the rest of his life. Point is if your docs are getting it done- fire them and move on. Its your health! Like any other profession there are experts and mediocre.

A whole lot better thanks. Been going to the range the last three weeks. As a matter of fact, will be down there 6:30 tomorrow morning.

Yeah, thanks! Finally got the blood pressure under control. Sure miss the salt! My sugar was also high so had to cut out both the salt and sugar. Over six weeks I went from 190 to 165. My tight pants are now baggy  |
