I'm looking at scopes for a future Smokeless Build. Has anyone used or own a Huskemaw scope? What can u tell me about the glass quality, clearity, and The LR system it incorporates. As well as it's price Compared to other $1100-1250 optics. I would post on Long Range Hunting site, but they Are a little biased. Thanks

I will tell you that out of all the rifles I have built, I have only seen one Huskemaw scope. I had a customer send it to me and I mounted it on a rifle I built for him and sighted it in. If I remember correctly it was a very nice, high quality scope. I can't rally tell you any thing else about them but I'm sure some one here will be able to help you some more...

If I remember correctly the parts come out of the same factory in Japan as Sightron BUT my old brain lets me down from time to time. I have mounted, sighted and played with a couple and they seem good quality...
you might check out sightron as well as Burris XTR and Leupold VX-6, all good glass for the buck IMO..

I was under the impression that huskemaw had parts made in japan at nighforce.... We've used a bunch on muzzleloaders. I have one on my big muzzleloader. I like them. The newer ones ive seen sometines have a weird color contrast. They work great for a hunting gun.
