Looks like another shooter!!! Those Match Hunters shoot to their best potential sized tight. A tight bullet could be a gamble in the deer woods. Still a sub MOA gun with not so tight match hunters. That's hard to beat!!!

another shooter!
the MHs are good deer bullets, I get my best accuracy with two hands loading, the 300s are my preferred bullet of choice.
I also spot check all of my bullets after I size with the plug out, takes some extra time I know but it saves the occasional loose or tight bullet, just what I do..
another shooter Jeff and Mr Bennett will be a happy camper...

Good video Hank..........Nice targets:) You a 600 yard match shooter? I will start saving some more of them. Lots of guys at the matches don't even save theirs so hopefully I bring some more up in the spring.

I think that is my new Hankins SPML! I'm so excited, like a kid on Christmas morning!
I plan on mounting a Leupold VX-6 3-18 x 50mm on a Talley picatinny rail with Talley tactical rings. If anyone has alternative suggestions, I certainly would appreciate to hear your ideas. I just want to make sure it is a solid mount since I've read that the gun's recoil can be a bit of a thump.
By the way, does anyone know what the thread specs are for the scope mount holes? Talley shows a standard offering (thread not identified)and another with 8-40 screws.

Mike..
That is your rifle and it shipped yesterday.. The scope base screws are standard...
You should have it no later than Wendsday but it's possible it will show up today.
