Well I have been using this on my 7mm Mag with good results. This scope has CM adjustments which are really 1/3 moa for all practical purposes. They will make one custom dial which can help take any confusion out of using this scope just like a MIll and MIlrad scope. It is what you get used to using. The elevation and windage knobs a very nice with positive clicks. The turret pulls up to reset to zero. The red center dot is really nice I found that with this triplex cross hair I really didn't need to turn it on until it got really dark and by that time the hunt is over unless your varmint hunting .
The most important thing is the optics and how they perform in low light. I use a pair of Swarovski 10x42 bino's so I tested the scope on 10 power to make it a fair test. I was surprised that when the Swarovski's got fussy in low light the Sig was still good. You could still see good definition on tree's and brush 300 yards away. Seeing a deer at that distance in low light was not a problem. So the more I use this scope the more I like it.
Probably the true test would be to bolt it to a muzzleloader and see how well it holds up. There are some really crazy prices on these scopes. Cheaper then Dirt was by far the cheapest price on this model with the ill reticle. I don't know if they have these marked down because of the CM adjustment or not. But for under $600.00 its a heck of scope with a rock solid warranty.

I would love to see some sml testing on these scopes to see if they can hold up! Does it seem to track and return to zero okay and want is the warranty on this scope if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you for posting your results... I appreaciate it. I have yet to hear a negative on the Sig scopes or range finders from anybody. Still too new to tell but a damn good start from what I am hearing.

As far as warranty its as good as it gets! unlimited life time warranty no registration and can be transferred to next owner. This scope that I am using has the 30mm tube the scope is built like a tank and it weighs 27oz so it is designed to take a beating.
I also said I bought mine from Cheaper than Dirt I checked last evening they don't offer this scope anymore looks like the went with the Sig Sauer cheapest line of one inch scopes. I plan on keeping this scope on my 7 Mag and get the custom turret to make life simple.

Thanks for the report.
I'm working on a new build and researching scopes.
I'm a hunter foremost so the twilight factor is right up there with my main decision on which scope to purchase.
I also use Swarovski bino's - 8.5x42 El , it say a lot about any scope that can hang in there with the Swarovski bino's let alone surpass them in twilight factor.

I spent all night searching the Internet for info and the best prices on these scopes. It seems most places are selling them between $900 to $1100 but I found a few between $699 to $799 so I ordered one lol. I will mount it to one of my 45 cal. smokeless and give it a workout and let everyone know how it holds up. It looks like a heck of a scope for the money and I can say all of the sig products I've owned so far are top quality! Thanks elkman for the review on these scopes and bringing them to our attention!!

That should be a very bright scope. The triplex is really like a German style reticle but the center lines and the light dot a very practical for hunting in low light hope you have good luck with the scope. The two tone design really looks nice on a gun with a dark gray gun stock.
