A brake with sabots? not sure how well it will fare but maybe some have done it with good success. someone might chime in. I'm sure Jeff is swamped but there might be someone else that will bite?

As hillbill stated I would guess that a brake and sabots may not be a good combo BUT we have been proven wrong many many times.
At any rate Barnes has some lighter copper pistol bullet offerings that may get you good accuracy and reasonable performance in a low recoil package. One bullet in particular I am tempted to play with is the Barnes 200gr .452 made for the 460 revolvers. I was wanting to see how fast they could be pushed in a sabot but in your case I would be tempted to shoot them at moderate speeds looking for the best accuracy.
That did not answer your brake question but think it gives you some low recoil options that should kill well.

Dennis at harrells muzzle brake has a specific sabot break that does work.

Well your info details are kinda sparse. How far you plan to be shooting and under what conditions? Deer or what for target?? Range and game makes a big difference. 4 to 5 C on elk in New Mexico very different from 250 yd on big whitetails in Nebraska or 55 yds on deer in the thickets of VA, NC, SC Georgia etc... As with any of them shoot them in the ribs and they will die, pdq. I'd say whatever you can shoot the most accurately at the intended range. JMHO, 10

years ago I had a Austin Halleck which I had my smith break, iirc it was bored .050 over the bore diameter. it worked very well with sabots & kids could shoot the gun no problem.
t7 was used.

Clayman........I can do the brake if you want. I have dealt with Harrell's and Dennis and I have become good friends. I had a brake on my Pac-Nor. I bored it out slightly more than I would for a normal unsaboted bullet (.020" over diameter) On a .45 I went .485" and it worked ok with sabots. I think Jeff even bores his builds out to .485" so he can fit his funnel in. My results were pretty good. BTW, I have done well over a 100 of Harrell's brakes. I will be heading up to Kentucky but I could turn around your barrel in a day. Richard
