That does look good but what is it? My step son (17 yrs old) and I went to our range today with a Ruger 10/22, Win Model 94 30-30, Ruger .357 GP100, Ruger 9mm SR9, Ruger .357 LCR and a Ruger Mark II .22 LR. WOW...Lots of Rugers! Love 'em. For the first time ever, I remembered to bring a big tarp to catch brass. Worked great as we still have 6" of sloppy snow hanging around. We shot 200-300 rds all together and had a great time. Sunny and mid 50's. Just got done cleaning all the guns and putting them away. The tumbler is humming downstairs with a bunch of brass in it.
So....what is that meat you got there? I can almost smell the charcoal and sauce!

Are they cut a certain way or is it basically a pork chop. St Louis has a way with BBQ so it's probably out of this world. Where is that place where they make world class BBQ? Montgomery Inn or somethng like that? Ohio maybe? It's almost time to bust the charcoal grill out around here. Gave up on the gas grill about 5 yrs ago. More now about flavor and time than speed. Your meat looks delicious!

There is a Montgomery Inn located down town Cincinnati. I don't know if that's where they got started or not but they are supposed to be world famous and have a BBQ sauce marked in the grocery stores.. Very good.., they have an all you can eat BBQ ribs special every now and then and they are good.....
Memphis and St. Louis are also both famous for their BBQ.

I was just thinking I haven't used the grill in a while. I usually do year round. That photo was the kick in the pants I needed... not to go search the freezer for tonight's tasty tidbit
