If you’re not too hung up on the illuminated reticle, Vortex Venom is great. 5-25x56mm first focal plane. 34mm tube so tons of adjustment range and the 56mm objective should grab you lots of light. Not too expensive either.

I would look at the Arken EPL4. Available in 4-16 or 6-24 power, both with 44mm objective. It’s a 30mm main tube, FFP, illuminated reticle. Weighs in at about 24oz. in the 4-16 power version. For the money, Arken is a good choice in scopes. Arken makes 34mm scopes as well with larger objectives, but with the extra beef comes extra size and weight.

Night Force ATACR 5x25x56 or a 7x35x56. I’ve used either with no issues. You asked for low light and illuminated and Night Force does both extremely well.
I’m going to try a Arken EP5 5-25x56 FFP scope. It has illuminate radical but I haven’t tested it a low light yet. Also the eye box is a little less forgiving than a Night Force scopes.

I have a Burris Signature HD 3-15x44 SFP on my Scout conversion. This is a 1" tube scope. You can probably get it for less than $500 now. Haven't had any problems with it so far. I put the same scope on my Dad's conversion as well. I would admit the glass isn't high end of course but has a lot of features for the price. Including Illuminated reticle and locking elevation and windage turrets.
If you wanted to step up in price the Vortex Gen2 has served me well on my M700 build for the last several years. I have had two of those scopes a FFP and SFP versions and they have been trouble free. I use the 5-25x50 SFP now but you could try the 3-15x44 since that is the size you seem interested in. I have the 15x on some centerfires no problems to date.

Personally, I'm using a Leupold VX-6HD 4-24X52MM CDS-ZL2 SIDE FOCUS ILLUM. FIREDOT DUPLEX on my Hankins Encore .45 SML and love it. Lots of luminated reticle choices. I like firedot myself because I use the CDS dial. I like the simplicity of the firedot. For me, long-shots are never quick shots, so I have time to range and use the CDS and I have no need for ballistic reticles. I find 4x is low enough for closer shots. The 50 is great for light gathering. They have decent glass and a great warranty. I'm using quick release rings and I did have a problem when I dropped the gun and I did not notice one leaver got bumped. It took me a while to figure out the loss of accuracy issue, but once I found it, it has been solid. I've had no issues with the scope itself. I'm shooting 65 grains of 4198 with 275 grain bullets. The SML does have Jeff's brake on it. I don't notice any more recoil than my center fire rifles, so I don't expect any durability issues with the scope. As for price, these are not inexpensive and there may be more economical choices.
