Anyone know what the screw spacing on the Savage Muzzleloader is?
Does it replicate the stagger or centerfire SA's?
Im looking to stock a Brux .45 Cal Model 12 SA Centerfeed 4.4" and was wondering if the Savage Muzzleloader stock from Boyds was an option.

You will have to measure the spacing on your gun. I had one of the early model 10ML II's and it was the shorter 4.27" screw spacing so i ordered the stock for the shorter spacing. The newer guns had the 4 5/16" spacing.

My action is 4.4"
I sent an email to Boyd's maybe they will have my answer. Thanks.

A few years back Boyd’s had switched to the 4.4 screw spacing I would call them and see what they will do

I sent in a blank for Richard's Microfit to inlet etc. for me for a Savage ML II. They now mill a small slot without a through hole so it will work for both the 4.27 and the 4.4 inch spacing. Maybe Boyd's does the same thing to handle both. Certainly worth a call to them.
