This of course is for blk. powder/n Sub's. My bbl will be 32" L & 7/8" dia. octagon. Bore is .400/.408, has anyone ever went this route ? Conicals of what dia. will seal the bore n i can use an op wads My Super 91 .410 White has a measured .4095 bore and came with .409 White Super Slugs . Ive shot them from the original .409 to 4.115 kurled up using BLL , Bills Liquid Lube , showing the best accuracy with a dry 45 wool wad . The powder & lube used will determine alot for the fit used im sure you know . My preference or rather the guns is 4.092 to 4.093 for the best that button rifled Wilson barrel will give me using BLL LUBE . Just 1 drop will do a bullet just wet then let it dry . Crazy thin !!! This stuff is claimed to hold up to 2500 fps from a cf !!! I Never got lead in my barrel . Modern Muzzleloader has the recipe as well as online on google . Theres a few different ones !!! I use the MML formula . My twist is 1 in 16 and i shoot 400 gr 40 to 1 conicals 99% of the time . 95gr of T7 3F packs one heck of a wallop to finish its load . That load will also get you out there beyond 250 yds pretty easy with authority should you need it . Any deers shoulders will be busted and complete pass thru too so far to 135 yds or so . Hits HARD . Id try Bullshop if youre gonna buy bullets . Good luck !!! Doc White had 3 bullet weights for his 410s . A plinking 280gr and deer hunting 330 to just barely 200 yds and the 400 gr for bigger criters including elk !!! All with 80 gr suggested of Pyrodex P . The 400gr would get 1310 fps with 80 grs and 200yd capable at just about 1100 ft lbs . T7 3F is Alot more powerfull powder .
