Just got some of Kyle's bullets in the mail and I sized a few of them had to go a half a notch past the setting I use for the 275 match hunters on the Hankins die. Is this what everybody else is seeing? This is in a Brux barrel. Gonna try to let some fly in the morning before work.

I used the full form die that was set for my 275 MH and the Pittman accumax was a little more loose going down the barrel than the match hunter....BUT...... with unbelievable accurate results...... the first three accumaxi ever shot measured .193. I know you are going to love the results you get with Kyles bullets!

I know you are going to love the results you get with Kyles bullets! I had the same result as Don when I started with my die that I previously used with the MH. My bullet fit looser than I liked with that setting. I readjusted my die for a tighter fit, one arm of pressure while sitting down, and that worked great. That is just my personal preference. With the .021" jacket on my design you can seat the bullet a little looser than others and still be good on obturation. Kyle

had the exact same as d89 & kyle on the 275's I tested...
fwiw- with parkers from lot to lot I usually had to adjust the die usually 1-1/2 notch(either way) when I received new bullets....approx. 1.5k mh's shot down the tube over a few yrs.
last batch of 327mh's seemed a little more volatile on hair & a little better on paper-weight's varied by approx. 2gns..(possibly suggesting a slightly thinner jacket)
pittman 275's weight's were within .14gns
keep up the great work guy's!
