I went to Dead Zero in Spencer TN. yesterday to shoot the dust out of my heavy .40. Shooting Direct Ignition with 7828SSC and Aeromax .402” 350’s. Velocity averaged 3147fps smooth formed, 124 grains of 7828SSC with Eastern Maine wool wad. My barrel is 1.342” for 10” tapering to 1.1” at 28”. 0.00 MOA 100 yards 9.25 MOA 600 yards 20.75 MOA 1000 yards BC is hanging in there at .623 G1, the 350's are 1.750" in length Had a great time shooting gongs out to 1000. The 300’s, 325’s and 350’s are now available and are listed on my website. Pictured below are Aeromax .402" 300, 325 and 350.

Wow that's awesome Kyle. Still carrying ~2,500ft-lb at 1,000yd; pretty decent for a muzzleloader haha.

Kyle, That is excellent! May I ask the weight of your rig and the barrel twist?

This is only the 2nd time that I’ve shot these bullets. Recoil was really high the 1st time and also the same this time. I tried the same varget recipe I have been testing with 325,s and it’s really shooting well w the 325,s. i recently enlarged my powder chamber. I’m not sharing the load as it flattened my primers edge to edge so it’s likely too fast a powder for the 350,s. Extreme spread was 9 fps -average 2933 so it’s not screaming like others have tested. It did shoot a .180 group so it’s accurate. I was shooting from the bench off a Harris bipod with a leather rear bag. My gun weighs close to 17 lbs. I know my limits and may not be able to shoot this well off a bipod laying on the ground. But like Kyle’s other bullets - these will shoot tight. And of course - the pic loaded sideways -lol. The group is actually 3.7” high and .3 left of where I’m aiming which is a 300 yard zero.
