We've had good as well as bad experiences with about all the services. One time, I ordered herbs from a supplier less than 100 miles south of us, and they used FedEx. The herbs were given tours of BOTH coasts prior to finally coming here over two weeks later!

I have shipped 1000's of packages with the USPS. never a lost or damage shipment (knock on wood). I have had some delayed and late for several days, but 100% success rate so far. Now when the CHINA FLU hit us, delivery time went from a few days to two weeks, but even still, all packages arrived undamaged.
UPS is always good to me as well with a 100% success rate with them as well.
I will not ship anything FedEx and always dread it when I know I have a package coming from FedEx.

Hank, I have a barrel that I want to ship to you and have converted to smokeless but I am having difficulties finding someone to ship it. The UPS store wont because its "gun related" and other shippers I have spoken with say they cant. There is no reason it should be this difficult. Last I heard is that my best option is to drop it off directly at the UPS depot but thats difficult as they are only open from like 3pm to 6pm and getting by there in time is hard with my work schedule. Thank you Joey B .....lol

I think its all just the owners of the local UPS stores and shipping shops - Im sure that once I get it packed and drop it off at the UPS depot it wont be a problem. Everyone is scared to be attached to anything "gun" related now.

USPS will ask you if its, liquid, perishable or potentially hazardous, etc. Just answer the question with a "NO" and don't offer up any more information. They don't need to know. I do know some people may feel special talking about themselves shipping a gun,,,,,,,,,,,,,,that’s when the post master says "sorry we can't ship that" Less words = better results.
