 My wife came home this evening and asked me to help her get things from her car. WOW!!! 1 Stevens 20g pump shotgun good condition, 1 Winchester lever action 22 rifle fair condition, 1 TC Hawken 50cal w/scope good condition, 1 TC Black Diamond 50cal fair condition, 1 Weatherby Vanguard 243 scoped good condition, 1 TC Encore blued 22 Hornet scoped like new condition, 2 cardboard boxes full of shells, some spent brass, cleaning rods and misc. She bought this stuff from a woman she knows for  $25 per gun and the other stuff was free. I am hoping the cops don't show up  . All I could say to her was WOW.

Not sure what I will do with any of them yet. I will go through the motions of proper cleaning and borescope. The ML's will go for sure as I quit smoking quite a ways back. I only hunt with my SML's and crossbow now. There were actually 7 guns but the wife gave one (shotgun) to son Matt. Also there is a 10 gun cabinet old wood coming, total $ amount spent $225. If she ever leaves me I'm going with her.

Well got a 10 gun cabinet delivered today that was included. It was made by some furniture company, didn't really look at mfg. It is also in very good condition. My wife must not realize I'm not worth that much. Sheila is a flea market, yard sale, bargain shopper and I have been blessed over the years by her frugal spending. If I could jump up and down like a youngster full of joy I would. |
